Print Asset Labels
Print QR labels on Avery 5195 sheets (60 per sheet).
Each label shows a QR of the asset code, “Managed by ILS”, the product name, and the asset code. Print at 100% / actual size on your Avery 5195 stock.

- Scale / Size: 100% (or “Actual size”). Turn OFF “Fit to page” or “Shrink to fit” — this is the #1 cause of misaligned labels.
- Margins: None (the label spacing is built into the sheet; browser margins would shift everything).
- Paper size: Letter (8.5 × 11 in).
- Headers and footers: Off (so the page URL/date doesn’t push labels down).
- Background graphics: On, if your browser lists it.
- Do a test print on plain paper first and hold it up to a label sheet against the light before using real Avery 5195 stock.
In Chrome/Edge the margins and headers options are under More settings. In Safari, uncheck Print headers and footers and set the scale to 100%.
